on the year), this Minervois
descended from a traditional
wine making process. This wine
has a deep strong colour.

The
nose is, jam, plum and liquorice.
Its attack is decisive, very
fruity with a touch of mint
and muscade at the end of the
palate. The tannins quite strong
getting smoother with the ageing,
without losing any of its aroma.
