This vin de Pays d'Oc is fleshy and powerful, It smells of the sun and the moor land.It flatters the taste buds with its mixture of fruits and spices.

21 to 25 days. Daily draining of the juice until 1010 of density. Temperature controlled and fixed at 26°C
