The vineyard covers 22 hectares and is made up of different varieties of grapes : Grenache, Lladonner (Grenache Pelut) Syrah, Carignan, Merlot, Aubin and Alicante. The Vines are on average aged between 25 to 30 years old.

We enjoy a deep rich soil composed of chalk clay and sand.
The weather which is known as "the Mediterranean climate" provides spring time rainfalls, when the vine needs them.
The length of sun in the summer time provides a most favorable ripening of the grapes.

In the last few years a programme of planting in which we have privileged the varieties Syrah and Grenache have reinforced the vineyards

Because of this we prune the vines right back. The soil is ploughed and organic manure added to give back to the earth what it gave to us.

We limit the yield to less than 40 Hectolitres per Hectare
